Rough Trade NYC - Brooklyn NY

Is it necessary to introduce Rough Trade? Not really so let's talk a bit more about the people there. We had the privilege to meet Andy & George (Store Managers) and spend an hour talking about our long-term project (to know more - please go to "Our Project") but also about the music industry today and the vision they have specifically looking at the young generation.

Their input was important because it hepled us to see and understand the record industry from a different perspective. Their approch has always been the same for nearly 40 years now: "Shorten the distance between artists and audiences". This really makes sence to us especially in 2015!

The selection in store is "general" but having the chance to visit their shops in the UK on a regular basis, you can feel the Rough Trade touch in this one too!
